Requirements

• Completing an education program that allows individuals to independently practice without the supervision of another licensed professional and to perform the six essential activities of case management (assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring , and evaluation).

• Employment must have been obtained after being a state licensed or certified professional and the job should follow with appropriate supervision

• Successfully pass a national test
